TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FREE WI-FI ACCESS

Welcome to Digital Placemaking’s free Wi-Fi service ("Service"). By accessing and using this Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Wi-Fi service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. User Eligibility

This Service is available to users who agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

3. Access and Use of Service

• * This Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• * We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free connectivity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Placemaking shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Digital Placemaking, its employees, partners, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of this Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Canada.
